Comparing fractions
Two fractions sit either side of a box, and the student picks the sign that goes in it: less than, equal to or greater than. The denominators are usually different, so the fractions can't be compared by looking at the numerators alone.
Some fractions are improper, like 9/4, and some have a denominator of 1, so whole numbers come up too. Now and then the two are equal, like 2/4 and 1/2.
