A group of pictures is shown, and the student decides whether there is an odd or an even number of them. Tapping two pictures pairs them up; if one is left over, the number is odd.
Sometimes the count is given and pairing is a way to check it. Sometimes it isn't, so the student pairs or counts to find out.
