Pick the sign that makes it true: less than, equal to or greater than. Half the questions compare two groups of pictures to count; the rest compare two two-digit numbers.
Picture sizes vary, so a group of big apples can hold fewer than a group of small stars. The number pairs lean towards the ones that catch children out, like 47 and 74.
