Multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1000
Mental multiplication and division with multiples of 10, 100 and 1000: 3 × 500, 4200 ÷ 70 or 42 ÷ 700. Half the questions multiply and half divide.
Some answers are decimals, like 0.06, so the student has to keep track of place value as the digits shift.
